Job Purpose:
•Assist the IT Manager to prepares and supports the implementation of the all IT systems and applications fitting best to the business requirements and IT
•Assures and drives cost-effectiveness and quality of IT-services in the organizations

Key Result Areas / Key Performance Indicators:

•Assist in the Implementation of the IT Strategy for:
• Sales and Marketing, Logistics and Purchasing,
•Finance, Administration
•Manufacturing Operations
• Engineering / Quality and Lab
•Assist in the implementation and standardization of business processes in Business Process Analysis, Conception, Implementation (Customizing and Coding), Documentation and User Training
•Supervise of IT projects: team, business processes, financial targets and timeline
•Selection of the best fitting products and solutions
•Assist In establishing relationship to senior and middle management in the respective area being their trusted business partner and IT solution provider.
•Supervise for timely and quality-focused project management and performance in the respective areas
•Supervise the setup of all level functional support.
•Maintain liaison with Group IT Corporate Business Systems HR as a key contact for HR technology

Leadership:
•Assist in the selection and management of internal and external resources (consultants).
•Strong ability to explain technical concepts to none technical business leaders.
•Recognized as equal business partner by business management.

Education and professional knowledge:

•Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science / MIS
•Minimum 10 years IT-Experience.
•5 years experience as IT-Team Leader, preferable in Automotive Environment.
•Relevant IT-Experience advanced IT Project Management skills.
•Strong understanding of business concepts and strategies.
•Profound knowledge of the respective area regarding systems and processes.
• Outstanding knowledge of IT Infrastructure

Education

Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science / MIS
