Primary Job Responsibilities
Duties for Instrumentation include but not limited to:
- Participate in development of P&ID’s and HAZOP Study.
- Prepare Specifications of Instrument Design, Instrument Materials, Process Control Systems.
- Prepare Instrumentation Index, Data Sheets, Loop Diagrams, Logic Diagrams and Panel Drawings.
- Perform sizing calculation for Control Valves, Safety & Relief Valves, and Orifices.
- Prepare Instrument Material Requisition, Perform Technical Bid Evaluation and Prepare Purchase Requisition.
- Perform Vendor Prints Check and Approval.
- Check and Approve Instrument Hook-Up Drawings, Steam Tracing Hook-Up Drawings, Typical Installation Details, Cable Schedule that are prepared by engineering sub-contractor.
- Check and Approve Instrument Layout Drawings such as Cable Tray Layout Drawing, Instrument Location Drawings, Instrument Wiring Layout Drawings, Instrument Utility Piping Layout Drawings, etc. that are prepared by engineering sub-contractor.
Training and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years experiences in the I&C Engineering field.
- Must be a Registered Engineer.
